Who we are?
We are (Best Supports Link Limited) young nonprofit organization duly incorporated in Tanzania registration number 140168 located Sanawari, Arusha-Tanzania East Africa; working to save community and helps connect individuals and entities all over the world to services in education, health care, environmental care, human rights, agriculture, livestock, research, and consultancy. It create awareness for epidemic, vaccination and hygienic living through campaigns, run prevention camp for AIDS and other non curable disease. Also run adequate arrangement for poor, handicapped orphans and widows, old aged and mentally retired persons.With your help, we can make a real life lasting difference to the community or society!

We are working to save community by improving social welfare through volunteers and interns coming from different place around the world to work or serve our society.

What Volunteers or interns will be doing with us?
There are many opportunities to volunteer your services or for internship in Tanzania. Currently volunteers and or interns can serve or work anywhere in Arusha from 1 week onward, no duration limitation.Class C permit is required to serve or work in Tanzania, it cost about USD 200 and can be obtained after arriving in Tanzania.


We work with many schools all throughout Arusha, both government run and private. Most schools ask for volunteers who can teach English, Mathematics, or the Sciences. Let us know what you prefer and we will do our best to accommodate your strengths. No teaching experience is necessary, but we do ask that you have at least a high school diploma.

*What to expect as a volunteer teacher:

Most of our volunteers choose to work half days (8 AM-12:30 PM), however, you can always choose to work a full day. All of our schools differ, but typically a teacher would be creating lesson plans and teaching subjects to classes from 15-40 students. Most Tanzanian students have a basic understanding of English and there is often another teacher available to translate if needed.


Not only do we partner with local schools, but we also send volunteers to hospitals and clinics in the Arusha area. Many hospitals can utilize these helpers for blood draws, medication administration, and nursing tasks. This person will need to have an educational background in medical services.

*What to expect as a volunteer in the medical field:

Most of volunteers choose to work from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM per day, but you can choose to work 2:00 PM to 20:00 PM. All of our hospitals differ; you will be provided all tools that available within the hospital during your volunteering period so that you can work according to your specialty. You will also get help of language translation if you will need.

-Environmental Care:

If health and teaching are not for you, we also offer environmental volunteer opportunities. The job tasks vary greatly because we partner with many different agencies that provide care to our natural areas. Mainly, you will be protecting our wildlife and helping to sustain our natural resources.

*What to expect as a volunteer environmentalist:

Most of volunteers work full time but you can choose to work half day. You will get chance to make research on our wildlife and our natural resources if you would like. Guides are often available to help you if you will need to get help.


Also we have internship chances such as accounting, finance, teaching, research, health e.t.c in different organizations or companies which you can choose as intern in your internship.

*What to expect as intern in your internship:

Most of interns work full time but you can choose to work half day. You will gain work experience and required qualifications of your field of study from a reputable organization or company. We partner with different organizations or companies in which you can start your internship at any time, so its flexible we work with your schedule. You will also get help of language translation if you will need.

Accommodation and food:

When volunteers and or interns decide to provide services or internship with us, we do our best to ensure they have a comfortable place to stay during their time in Arusha. One option is to stay with one of our generous host families. These people will give each volunteer three meals a day, a place to wash, and to sleep after a hard day’s work. We kindly ask all volunteers and interns to provide their host family with 10 USD per day for food and accommodation.

If living with a family isn’t really your style, we also have agreements with local hotels so that our volunteers or interns can get a discounted rate.

Arriving to Tanzania:

Our project Coordinator meets all volunteers at either Kilimanjaro airport or Arusha airport or Arusha bus station if volunteers decide to travel by bus from Nairobi Kenya or Dar es Salaam Tanzania.Transport from airport to host family or local hotel is USD 50.

What are the extracurricular activities for volunteers and interns?

Our volunteers and interns come from all over the world and most have not seen all that Tanzania has to offer. Our program coordinator can give sound advice on where to go for some extracurricular activities. Some options include:

Safari: There are many National parks with a variety of different animals all over Tanzania. One of the most popular of these destinations is the Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. You can also visit Lake Manyara, and Lake Chala nearby.

Hiking in the mountains: We are located about an hour west of breathtaking Mount Kilimanjaro and directly beside the beautiful Mount Meru.

Culture: There are many cultural tourism centers in Arusha and Kilimanjaro. Volunteers will have time to visit these centers among other cultural activities.
