Before coming to Touch The World I was really nervous. I didn't know what to expect from the teaching programme or the people within the organisation. After spending five weeks with teachers, volunteers and the students it really feels like a second family. The students are enthusiastic to learn which makes them a pleasure to teach, and by the end of our time together they felt more like friends than students. The organisers of Touch The World play a huge role in creating a relaxed and encouraging environment for people to learn English, in particular Ms Ana who is always in a good mood and making people laugh. Every member of Touch The World works hard to make volunteers feel comfortable and welcomed, which made my experience unforgettable. I look forward to returning in the future.
