Bio: 
Tinashe Madamombe has been involved in women's development and empowerment for the past three years as one of the members of Zimbabwe Young women in Business (ZYWiB). Tinashe has also represented at high level national platforms such as the National Business Council highlighting the views of young women in business. This has enabled Tinashe to be a role model for many young women in her community leading to them starting and developing not only themselves but their businesses and the community. Tinashe is a youth leader at the Marlborough Methodist Church in Zimbabwe, having served as the Circuit Youth Secretary for three years and is currently serving a five year term as the Young Adults chairperson which has enabled her to influence youth friendly changes within the church with projects such as the Sister-keeper and the local library that she has spear headed. She is skilled in networking, public speaking, events organizing and management. Tinashe is currently studying towards a BSc. Honors Women's and Gender Studies (2.1) at the Women's University in Africa. She holds a certificate in Information Systems, Young Women's Leadership, Entrepreneurship Training (Empretec). Her involvement as a Rotaractor of Harare West and the current President of the Students Union at the Women's University has also seen her spear heading different projects and taking part in numerous voluntary work.
