Bio: 
I have thirty years plus in health care as a respiratory therapist, alcohol and drug counselor, MSW social worker, and PhD in public health (2015). I have worked in US hospitals, home care, innercity alcohol and drug treatment, family preservation, inpatient psychiatric, community mental health, employee assistance, and private counseling. I currently work as a pulmonary function tech and respiratory therapist for the Department of Health and Human Services Disaster Medical Assistance Team (DMAT PA-1). I completed my PhD in February 2015, my dissertation was "Prehospital response to road traffic accidents: Physician versus trained nonphysician responders" in which I compared physician staffed with trained nonphysician staffed services in 67 countries. I found not significant difference in the rate of road traffic death between the two types of services. I hope to find opportunities that will benefit from my skills and knowledge.
