Bio: 
I am a student of History and have received a first class all throughout my academic career. I have an MPhil in the same and currently pursuing a PhD from Calcutta University. Last year I was awarded the Erasmus scholarship and I got an opportunity to study History and Philosophy of science and technology at Aarhus University, Denmark. I feel like I am am not really doing anything with myself. I have a good academic background and would very much like to put it to good use. I love teaching and enjoy being around children. I am a happy and friendly person and I can work hard.
Volunteering Experience: 
I have worked for Mother Teresa's organization and All Bengal's Women's Association In kolkata. I would like to join an NGO eventually, and use my academic knowledge for this purpose. I worked at the at the Home for the Poor and the Dying Destitute in Kalighat, Kolkata. I also worked with children at the All Bengal's Women's Association. This was a fulfilling experience for me, as I got to do something for my people.
