I am seeking the opportunity to enable me to capitalise on a solid position that will help me utilizing my skills whilst allowing me to progress in my career and advance in social development sector in general. To describe myself in a nutshell, I am hardworking; ready to take up any challenge of life abreast with the latest trends and a team player with excellent communication skills. My vision is to contribute to the society through strong commitment, sound technical knowledge, hard-work and professionalism. I am currently working as a Research Officer at IIHMR University, Sanganer, Jaipur. My current responsibilities include Project Management, Data analysis, Data management, Liasoning with government bodies regarding different projects, Proposal Writing, Programme Evaluation, Report writing, Monitoring, and Operations Research, Recruitment of field investigators, Training of investigators, Team leading and Management. I am also a part of Grant Management Unit (GMU) at IIHMR to oversee grants activity including identification and notification of relevant funding opportunities in the timely manner; coordinating requirements, contract management, programmatic, and research assistance during the grants application process; monitoring and ensuring regulatory compliance of the grants awarded. I have worked with National and International Development Organizations such as ICMR, UNFPA, UNICEF, WHO, FHI360 during my research projects in IIHMR. I have got International working experience while working as a Research Assistant with Westwood Girls College (London) and others (in UK) as my previous jobs. I am qualified Master of Research in Biotechnology from University of Essex, United Kingdom. I am well versed in various technical aspects of the subject-line related to Social development and health along with my subject-line Biotechnology. My education and work experience has given me the opportunity to develop my research and analytical skills to a high degree, increasing my ability to synthesize information to solve complex problems swiftly and independently. In addition, I possess strong communication skills in English, Hindi and the local language. I also have strong interpersonal and time-management skills. Adept at leading a team or working as part of a team, I am also an enthusiastic self-starter able to work in competent environment. I am highly motivated, resourceful and resilient. I wish to utilize highly developed skills I have amassed and develop new ones for long-term aspirations. I have a strong passion for social development sector especially women and children, therefore I really want to make a real contribution as a member of your team. Volunteering Experience: 
I do not have much experience in volunteering but I have only a few which involves - working as a student volunteer in University of Essex, United Kingdom.; also teach some street children here in India. I have also served in public events like world environment day, women's day, state marathons.
