Bio:
I'm Natasha Bartholomew. I am twenty one years old. I grew up in a small town called Weston, Idaho. I love being outdoors and spending time with the people I love. I love to travel, play the piano, and run. Currently I am a sophomore at Utah State University. My plan is to major in dietetics and minor in chemistry and Spanish. I work as a certified nurse assistant at a dementia care center. I have also always wanted to be a nurse so that is kind of my back-up plan as of right now. Somethings that are important to me is family, health, and education.
Volunteering Experience:
Growing up,I had lots of volunteer experience thanks to my church organization. We often did service in the community. These service projects ranged from tying quits to planting gardens. I also served a full time mission for my church for a year and a half in Mexico. This was an amazing experience in which I could see others lives be changed along with mine. I also go to serve in multiple leadership positions at my high school. I was in the honors committee where I got to help other student succeed. I was also in the presidency of a service group called key club. That gave me opportunities to plan service projects, get people excited about them, and carry them out. My senior year of high school I serve as class president. It was a lot of responsibility, but I loved every moment of it. Honestly, I just love to serve those around me because it makes my life so much more enjoyable. I love getting to know people and using my talents and skills to help better their lives. If I can get a smile on someone's face, I think it is all worth it. The pure joy I get out of serving, motivates me to always be on the look out for opportunities to serve. Currently, I am looking for opportunities to reach out to more people in the world. I believe there are many diverse needs in the world that are not being meet, and I would like to make a difference.
