Bio:
Most of my experience comes from life just as anyone else. I am currently an honor student majoring in studio arts at Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo. I am also heavily interested in and am ready to immerse myself in child growth and development. Honoring art and expression with children/adults and helping with women's counseling and community care in a foreign country have been dreams of mine for a very long time. I am a very relaxed individual and a very fast learner who absolutely loves people and is very culturally aware and accepting. I am looking to expand my world and connect with other cultures through assistance, respect and acceptance. I am NOT easily shaken, I believe this quality to be of significant importance. I am capable of adapting fluidly and am extremely confident in my communication skills.
Volunteering Experience:
I am seeking to expand my volunteer experience infinitely. I have volunteered at local homeless shelters, Prado Day Center and also the Maxine Lewis Shelter. I have also done community service for Gonzales City Hall in Gonzales California; mainly office work.
Education:
diploma, 2009 from San Luis Obispo County Office of Education. Attending college for studio art.
Occupation:
part time Prep Cook and full time student
Other Skills:
Registered food handler/certified to prepare food for public consumption, knowledgeable food safety
FFA experience (Future Farmers of America)
Child Care
extremely quick learner, tenacious and actual AVID (middle school) and AGS honor society student
Persistent, Incorrigible
