A retired educator and now consultant with 30+ years of teaching experience. Experienced in Indigenous settings (Native Amerindians (11 years experience). Well-travelled and with an open mind, I am adaptable, resilient and relentless.  Candidate with solid experience in management and human resources;  Excellent ability to supervise staff;  Prodigious skills in written and verbal communication;  Ability to plan, direct, and evaluate human resources or personnel departments;  Knowledge of policies and procedures concerning labour relations;  Ability to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate strategies for personnel and labour relations, including policies, programs, and procedures to meet the needs of the organization;  Attention to stimulating the interest of students in order to help them acquire knowledge;  Ability to deconstruct a system, find its weaknesses, and improve its structures and procedures to help make it stronger, more dynamic, and more productive.
Volunteering Experience: 
A musician and singer who has volunteered for many years as a music minister in church. From the age of 16 to 27, I led the Youth group at the local church. I have played and sung in may church choirs. As a teacher I have organized student exchange trips to the Far North, the West (Alberta), the US (Washington, New York, Boston and Philadelphia). I was a co-animator for a group of student at a private school in a humanitarian project in Nicaragua. In my last year of teaching, I took a group of students to Japan and returned just 4 days before the earthquake. My family and I walked for 4 months, 1,700km (The pilgrimage route of Santiago de Compostela) from LePuy en Velay in France to Santiago de Compostela in Spain.
