SAF-Teso has a number of amazing volunteering opportunities, we work with diverse groups, women, children, youth, girls, men, schools, and self help groups, universities, and local governments, disabled persons/groups, persons living with HIV/AIDS, farmers, human rights groups/associations, Human Rights Defenders. We also partner with a number of agencies, Hospitals, Health Centres and Schools and volunteer net works. SAF-Teso welcomes any support and interventions you can offer to improve the lives of the most vulnerable persons and households. We welcome Volunteers, families; Universities, Groups and Individuals to come and be the change that we desire to see in the Teso sub-region, you can be involved in any activity. SAF-Teso can partner with your organization in any of the following thematic areas: Research, Volunteer Placement, Public Health, Education, Livelihood and Income Generating Projects, Environmental Management and Human Rights & Social Justice. SAF-Teso’s interventions help to improve households’ incomes and livelihoods through economic support interventions and Entrepreneurship Development.
