Christian Academy IDP Camp, Opposite Police

DUTIES:
• Provides four (4) annexes for IDP, namely, Rock International
Christian Academy,
Christian Fellowship Center, Formally
Rock Building, and Liberia Free Pentecostal
Church. Said IDP Camp contained the
population of 2,000 persons at the time.
• Provides records thru Liberia Red Cross
• Conducts peace-building and Reconciliation Workshop
NB: Save the Children UK was the lead NGO for the Camp at the
time. They provided
the following: (a) Used clothing
(B) Mobile Clinic (C) Bullet-bounce biscuits (D)Tarpaulin for
shelter, Lamp etc.
Lutheran World Service provided cooking utensils; World Food Programme
(WFP)provided food items, such as oil, beans, corn meal etc.
United Nations
Commission for High Refugee (UNCHR) repatriated IDP from the
said Camp to their
respective Counties of origin. Action Firm gave high nutrited
corn meal. LRRRC worked
along with IDP leadership.
