Bio:
My name is Koueun Pang and I'm a business student at the University of South Carolina Honors College. My plans for right now is to pursue a major in both Finance and Marketing with a minor in Philosophy. Philanthropy and charity works have always been great interests of mine throughout both my high school and college careers. In the past, I have presided, led, and organized many fundraising and volunteer works through extracurricular activities and clubs that I've been part of. Among all of my volunteering works, Atlas multicultural club was one of club in which I've actively participated in as the president of the club during my high school career. I was in charge of organizing and operating numbers of cultural fund-raising events, such as the Spring Festival, AC Fashion Show, and Global Market. In result, our school's club raised over $3,500, which we donated to a non-profit organization known as the Forgotten International. Currently as a student USC, I am involved in my community as a staff of our GlobMed chapter and as the multicultural recruitment chair of the E-board members of St. Jude's Up 'til Dawn. I strongly believe that where there is will, there is a way and that there's no limit on an individual if he or she strongly desires to make a positive impact to the community. With this in mind, I work harder everyday to become the change I wish to see in the world.
