Bio:
Hi! I am a 16 year old student from Vienna. After having picked up some English from my parents, I was taught at different bilingual schools. I am currently attending a bilingual high school in Vienna, from which I will graduate next year. After school I want to study medicine and become a doctor. When I was only 1 year old my mother was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, and when I was 12 doctors found a tumour in my fathers abdomen. Growing up I always had to try to balance school with the hardships that came with having to care for my sick parents. This resulted in a great interest in medicine, as well as a strong will to help people. In my free time I love to read and paint, as well as play the piano. I travel as much as I can, in the holidays and on the weekends. Most notably I spent a month in America with a friend, as well as two weeks in Costa Rica due to a reforestation project.
Volunteering Experience:
I often volunteered in school projects, usually in cooperation with Caritas, raising money for many different causes. In one of these projects I had the opportunity to travel to Costa Rica for two weeks to volunteer in a reforestation project.
Education:
I will graduate next year from a bilingual high school. I am also doing the CAE right now,
Occupation:
Student
Other Skills:
Playing piano (6 years experience); could teach to beginners
Drivers License AM
Cooking
