I am a bright, enthusiastic, dynamic young woman, excelling in both academic and social aspects of university. I am a forward thinker which has proven me well in my university and young career, coming up with numerous innovations and solutions to marine technology and health and safety all of which have been executed professionally. I am a dynamic hard worker and always complete my work be it practical or theoretical in a professional and distinct manor. I am always looking for a challenge and am not afraid to step into the unknown. Looking forward to an exciting career in engineering technology and enviroment and the chance to explore solutions and possibilities to lead the world to a sustainable energy future.
Volunteering Experience: 
Volunteering in care home giving art classes to the elderly. Volunteering in a green garden sustainability project which enables young teens with mental illnesses to de-stress using the medium of gardening and art. President of Energy Society with the mantra to use fact-based discussion & open collaboration to develop the understanding & awareness of energy production, consumption & its impacts on the world, around my university and greater community. Irish delegate at the International Student Energy summit 2015 and chair person of Ireland's bid for the International Student Energy Summit 2017. Engineers Ireland volunteer and STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Maths) leader to promote Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths to secondary school student and in particular young females. Annually raise money for Focus Ireland by cycling long distance. Volunteering coach at Rugby Tots where I teach young children how to play rugby in a fun and safe environment.
