Bio:
After my theological and other qualifying studies, I worked mainly in Educational systems of Liberia and Guinea. In many schools and I also worked with local organizations that strive to reshape Women and girls’ rights, Community reconciliation, Peace building program leading….such as; Liberian Youth Organization for Community Development (LYOCD). Where I held a position of supervisor first, then a position of a Program Director. I helped these young people to mount and execute many programs and projects on women, Poverty reduction, Gender inequality, Community Development, Education, Peace building and Nutrition. In 2008 I enrolled myself in Education, of an objective; reach more girls and women to help them promote their rights to gender equality and equity. And to equal opportunities, benefits to develop their potentialities. Therefore, I taught in senior secondary schools in Gbanga, Borng County, and also in LAC (Liberian Agricultural Company), in Grand Bassa County / Republic of Liberia. Invest myself in educating school girls on their rights and the roles they’ve to play to access potentially and dignitary to it. That devotion was simply, because in many African communities the traditions and illiteracy had made women slaves to men and those behaviors and believes are so unfair on women’s behalf. Many People thought that Women haven’t any rights to education, decision, movement or to expression even in their respective families. When in may 2011, I returned back to Guinea, my home country, I met the same problem, the non respect and the lack of knowledge on women and girls’ rights. So I decided to continue on teaching young people on the reality of that matter. Since that date, I’m teaching both English causes and women and girls’ rights in some private School Groups such as; ‘’Sannou Private School Group’’; ‘’Oka Private School Group’’ School Complex ‘’ Les Anges Gardiens’’At the same time, Project Manager and Administrative and Financial Director at ONG-ADCG in Coyah, since 2012 up today. I’m also the pedagogical head of English teachers and the guide to many girls’ groups. Since 2014, I am working as an UN online volunteer helping many organizations around the world to achieve their goals on development projects planning, budget allocating and management of resources. During every vacation, I set a program to go in the interior for, to met some groups of women in the local areas to be in touch with them and to hear them on how they are treated by the communities and in much of the occasions they talk only about the way they’re exploited and abused by the men of their communities. I also strive sometime to get in touch with some local organizations and women’s local associations to help them known much more on their rights and even invite some responsible men of the communities to assist for them also to get know about the women’s rights so they can help on certain manner. I often share with many local associations my expertise and my experience on dealing with social and traditional situation, the way of finding safe solutions. I also help them on the importance of making economic progress for further development of the associations….. It’s the ways I’ve been in touch with hundreds of women and girls who are neglected day after day. Saying all this above was to tell that I have a large experience on leading a team, convincing a group of people and encouraging the workers to product more. I’m good at mobilizing others and public speaking, the projects are my specialty and I have a many methods to apply to make a project successful. And to bring new ideas to make things become better. Serving humanity, mainly people in need; making a better living world by building peace around the world in all communities. That's Why I’m here to apply for this position, because I'm surely convinced that have a required experience to hold this position, I worked mainly in Educational systems in Liberia and Guinea. In many schools, and I also worked with local organizations that strive to reshape Women and girls’ rights, I helped these young people to carry many projects on, Poverty reduction, Gender inequality, Community Education and Nutrition .
