Bio:
It has been a dream of mine to travel internationally with the sole purpose of immersing myself in another culture. After completing high school, college at a private University, and gaining years of valuable work experience, I believe that I am prepared for the next great adventure that life has to offer. I firmly believe in spreading love and hope across the globe through positive and meaningful actions. I am more than ecstatic to leave my mark on the world by helping as many individuals and communities as I can.
Volunteering Experience:
My previous volunteer experience includes Project Sister Family Services, which is located in Pomona, California. With PSFS I trained to become an advocate for sexual assault survivors and their families. I also re-designed this organizations Police Briefing training, which is currently being used to train all incoming advocates and the Police Departments that they work in tandem with. I also volunteered at Casa Colina Rehabilitation Center at the Children's Services Center, also located in Pomona, California. At Casa Colina I was a classroom aid who worked closely with Speech Pathologists, Behavior Specialists, and Occupational Therapists. I assisted in teaching daily lessons, ensuring child safety throughout the day, cleaning and sanitizing the classroom, and monitoring and directing group activities. Together, we taught conversational, social, and behavioral skills to young children diagnosed with Autism, Downs Syndrome, and other developmental delays.

B.S. Psychology
