Bio:
I am a thirty year-old Nigerian female who is passionate about human development and delights in helping individuals and organizations enhance their productivity. In other words, I love helping people become better and live more productive lives. One major way I do this is by writing and blogging on career and business productivity. My website is www.iniwrites.wordpress.com. My articles also appear in the Shining Star monthly newsletter and PinPoint Magazine. I worked for over five years in the child education sector where I helped children build the right foundation for future career success. My hobbies include reading, travelling and net-surfing as well as trying out new recipes.
Volunteering Experience:
In March and July, 2012, I led a team of passionate and selfless youth corp members to bathe, clean up and clothe over 1,000 children in the Northern towns of Tureta and Kebbe in Sokoto State, Nigeria. This was under the aegis of the NCCF Rural Rugged Outreach in Sokoto State. I also teach teenagers and children in my local church besides serving as the Vice President of our growing Youth Fellowship. I provide advisory support for Nehemiah's Generation, an Non-Governmental Organisation designed to help teenage victims of sexual abuse and molestation. I currently seek volunteer options in Human Resource Management as I desire to deploy my passion for human development in formal settings and via practical HR activities.
Education:
I am currently studying for a Masters in Managerial Psychology from the University of Lagos, Nigeria
Occupation:
Freelance writer and blogger
Other Skills:
Team-building skills
