Bio:
My name is Fortunate Mashoto Makamu a 23 year old who is currently studying at the University of Johannesburg towards a degree of Law and am in my fourth year this year of 2016.I come from a family of just two children, we were raised by both our parents but due to unforeseen life circumstance i lost my father in the year of 2006,growing up in a small family has taught me a lot about giving to those who are really in need because its not every one who has the chance and the opportunity to get what they want at any given time.I have a very strict mother whom at all times teaches me how to value things and give at any given time no matter i have a lot or what, that when i developed the love for giving bak to the community and sharing with others.Am a very vibrant individual who loves sharing, laughing and read but most of all i love making a differnce in someones life one day and being part of an organisation that will help me achieve my dream because i have a passion and i want to persue it .
Volunteering Experience:
I have done several volunteering work since high school in our local community in a place called lebowakgomo where i use to stay the name of the place is called Jude's paradise in the years of 2010-2011.Then i came to Johannesburg and i starting volunteering at a centre called icare, sparrow village.I took part in most of committees in the faculyt of law that we related to community engagements and thats how i even fell more and more inlove with volunteering.I also belive its not about going to an organisation and giving what you have but also by giving to those close to you who are in need like family memebers and friends.
