I therefore developed the desire to reach out to people in deprived areas to provide them with education and training which am currently working on and hope would start soon. However, I have gain first-hand knowledge and experience in what goes into a community volunteering programmes such as the resources required, how to sustain the programme even with limited funds amongst others. I have also learn how to work with people in a cross cultural environment, integrate well into the community and also facilitate discussions and seions. Previous volunteering experience: I volunteered to work alongside a company called the primary health and vision care Ghana in 2014 which was reaching out to basic schools in remote communities in the Kumasi metropolis to organize free eye screening for pupils before I moved to back to Agona Swedru.
