Bio:
My name is Ema Segal. Born and raised in the cozy city of Vilnius, Lithuania. I have Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature and Master's Degree in Communication Science and Public Relations. My native language is Russian, but am also fluent in English and Lithuanian. The past 7 years I have been pursuing my professional career in Holland and Germany. Mostly I have been involved in multiple mobile/telecommunications companies and my specialty is business operations and business development.
Volunteering Experience:
Since my professional carer has been pretty intense ever since I graduated from the university, I did not have much time to engage in volunteering projects. However, I have been helping Lithuanian Institute of Litvak Photography with translations and taking pictures of old Jewish buildings. I am also on board of a Dutch Fund for Jewish Grants - I review people's applications and make sure that their projects fit the criteria for the grant. In the past I was also helping the Dutch LGTB community to host the Pride Photo Award in Amsterdam. I am passionate about equality and human rights.
