Bio:
I am a young, healthy carpenter and construction worker looking to volunteer my time and abilities to those in need. I have worked for multiple construction companies since I was 16 years old and have experience building houses from the ground up. I have also taken classes and am skilled in welding, furniture making, and design. Having always volunteered locally within the United States, I am now ready to travel to places where even more is needed and offer aid to those in need there. I attended Washington University in St. Louis on a full academic scholarship and gained a wealth of knowledge around construction and design as I pursued a degree in Architecture. I am a great leader, but am also humbled by the knowledge and beauty of every human being in this world and am always happy to be a part of a team and do whatever is needed to better the lives of those around me. I believe it to be my purpose to serve those around me with love.
Volunteering Experience:
I have volunteered at multiple nursing homes and schools in my hometown. I would offer my services transporting and feeding the elderly at local nursing homes and aided multiple schools in the area doing landscaping and construction repair when government funding couldn't provide the necessary resources. I have also volunteered at multiple special olympics events and charity fundraisers. Most importantly, though, I have always offered my carpentry skills to friends and family whenever needed at no charge. From repairing windows to building decks to fixing plumbing, I volunteer on a daily basis when anyone is in need.
Education:
3 years of undergraduate architecture at Washington University in St. Louis.
Occupation:
I am a manager at a restaurant in LA
Other Skills:
Carpentry
Landscaping
Welding
