Bio: 
I am active, passionate and positive girls. I am always seeking a way to contribute to our society. I grew up in a single family when I was small. i understood the support, encouragment and sympathy from others are extremely important in helping someone to overcome difficuties in life. I worked as a Team leader of the Mentor Program while I was an university student. I believe in the influence of people to another, expecially our behaviour, thought and speech. I also wish I can give a hand to someone who are suffering from porvety, persecution, war and unpleasant situation. I wish I can give them support and let them know they are loved and valued by the community.
Volunteering Experience: 
Creative Team Lead of Business & Law Student Mentor Program Deakin University March 2014 – March 2015 (1 year 1 month)Melbourne Area, Australia •Support the development of a culture that encourages all program participants to contribute to ongoing improvement and innovation of the Faculty’s suite of mentor programs. •Support the management of program development and innovation and assist in prioritising these through collecting and documenting feedback and ideas from all the facets of the program and ensure these are discussed at Burwood campus and cross campus Team Leader meetings. •Work collaboratively with Program Staff, Student Team Leaders and Faculty Marketing staff, student mentors and mentees to provide communication and marketing support strategies to improve the Student Mentor Program brand and awareness, primarily at Burwood and where appropriate with Geelong campus Mentor programs. •Provide administrative support to the Faculty Mentor Programs including documenting events through photos and student testimonials. Marketing Intern Tanma Federation June 2014 – August 2014 (3 months) •Selected by of Deakin University to undertake an internship in Malaysia •My internship task was to undertake a project with groups of Australian university students. •Created a set of sales calendar which can be used by the 3 division of Tanma so as to improve the efficiency of sales management with my team. •Wrote a report based on an evaluation of Tanma in regards to its effective retention of data from sales, use of resources including web page and adoption of marketing strategies taught by past students. •Identified weaknesses and inefficiencies of sales of the Tanma's operation and offer solutions to help resolve these weaknesses. •Identified how certain strategies and organisation of data can increase the productivity and organisational effectiveness for future growth. •Achievement : Achieved 91 marks out of 100 for the final result of the Internship assessment and group project Youth and Social Issue Consultant The Boys' and Girls' Clubs Association of Hong Kong January 2005 – May 2012 (7 years 5 months)Civil Rights and Social Action -Focus on children right and poverty alleviation in Hong Kong -Organising Campaign and activities -Develop training for new voluntary consultant -Design brochure for the campaign
