Volunteer Alliance is the first website of its kind, providing social networking, reviews, and search-and-match functions to create an online community for international volunteers and community based organizations (CBOs). Founded and run by volunteers, Volunteer Alliance believes that sustainable and effective volunteer partnerships can be created from the bottom up.

We work hard to provide our services completely free-of-charge because we know that volunteers and community based organizations are already giving their time and efforts freely to make the world a better place. That said, we have to fundraise tax-deductible donations to cover the cost of our operations and the further development of our organization. So please consider giving today!

Volunteer Alliance sponsorship packages are an opportunity to support a grassroots initiative with potential for real impact!

Volunteer Alliance has been built on volunteer donations and real hard work! While the launch of the Volunteer Alliance is a significant milestone, it is only the first step to achieving our vision of a worldwide culture of service.

The costs of Volunteer Alliance achieving this vision are very real. They include website and systems management, technology servers and equipment, online marketing, website optimization & outreach.

PLATINUM SPONSOR

There is only 1 Platinum Sponsor of Volunteer Alliance.

The Platinum Sponsor package is worth $20,000 USD.

We will work with you to develop tailored programs that meet your marketing and corporate responsibility objectives. As standard, the Platinum Sponsor package includes:

• Listing on Volunteer Alliance Sponsors page
• Mention and thanks in all Volunteer Alliance blog posts
• Site-wide footer link with your company logo

The Platinum Sponsor package will give Volunteer Alliance the capacity to quickly scale our efforts to reach a much larger number of community based organizations.

Our 2011-2012 Platinum Sponsor will be the main sponsor of the Volunteer Alliance community based organization outreach. Two Volunteer Alliance ambassadors have scheduled a 6 month outreach program through Southern Africa to develop the profiles of the foundation network of community based organizations. This is the critical first step in attracting international volunteers to the Volunteer Alliance website.

The costs associated with the trip include flights, insurance, accommodation and the variable costs of stays with community based organizations.

The Platinum Sponsor will also support website and systems management, technology servers and equipment.

GOLD SPONSOR

There are 5 Gold Sponsors of Volunteer Alliance.

The Gold Sponsor packages are worth $5,000 USD each.

As with the Platinum Sponsor we will work with you to develop tailored programs that meet your marketing and corporate responsibility objectives. However, as standard, the Gold Sponsor package includes:

• Mention and thanks in all Volunteer Alliance blog posts

The Gold Sponsor package will give Volunteer Alliance the capacity to quickly scale our efforts to reach a much larger number of volunteer online.

Our 2011-2012 Gold Sponsors will be the main sponsors of Volunteer Alliance website development and optimization. The purpose of these initiatives is to improve the website usability and website visibility in online search engines (e.g. Google, Yahoo, Bing). This will serve to increase the number of volunteer profiles created on the Volunteer Alliance website.

The Gold Sponsor will also support website and systems management, technology servers and equipment.
