Dear Volunteer,

We hope you are as excited at coming to Uganda as we are at welcoming you. When you chose to volunteer with us we will meet you at Entebbe airport in Uganda, but before we do meet you will have to get a tourist visa put in your passport. You get it when you arrive in the queue marked visa. It will cost you $US50.

Note; When you buy the $US 50 at the bank before you leave, make sure you ask for a new note no older than 5 years, otherwise the customs will not accept it. This is because of the large number of fake US$'s that have come into the country. Additionally, a volunteer will pay $US40 per day to cater for his accommodation, food, water and local transport for the period he /she will spend working / volunteering with us.

Entebbe is only a tiny airport and as we have a photo of you we will have no trouble finding you. Few people with white skins will be on the flight. You will be met by Charles, Project Leader a Ugandan, and one other staff. Please let us know if you want to know anything else.
