Volunteers can work in a number of different areas:

We shall be working on INNOVATION AGRICULTURE /CLIMATE RESILIENT AGRICULTURE. Beside other grops that we cultivate, we are much more involved in Soya beans.Taking into consideration the high nutritive value and the health importance of soya beans we want to engage into the mass cultivation of soya beans and its transformation into consumable products. Soya beans are consumed as an alternative to meat. They are the basis of soya milk and protein. The consumption of traditional soya foods is increasing everyday and development of other soya foods which simulate traditional meat and dairy products such as soya milk, soya sausages, soya cheese and soya yogurts. The key benefits of soya are its high protein content, vitamins, minerals and fiber. The high fiber content makes soya beans and other soya containing food valuable in cases of constipation, high cholesterol and type 2 diabetes.

Soya beans also contain compounds called phytosterols. These plant compounds are structurally similar to cholesterol and steroid hormones. They function to inhibit the absorption of cholesterol by blocking absorption sites. The cholesterol lowering effects of phytosterols are well documented.
