Hi, I'm Roberta from Italy. Last September, 2011, a dream came true: going to Africa as volunteer for kids. The association that allowed me to realize it was Mammadù. I met Agnes, the promoter of Mammadù: she immediately made me feel very confortable, like to be at home with family. The experience I lived was really great and wonderfull! The kids are so sweet: they will be into my heart for ever. The association is really oriented to the benefit of kids and to the entire community's needs. I definitely want to go back soon!!!
My name is Andrea and I'm from Italy. I first visited Mammadu in August 2010 and it changed my life! I spent two weeks with some Mammadu's kids like volunteer . Then I came back to Namibia in August 2011 and again in December 2011 because I love Mammadu's kids and the Mammadu's project. It's a really serious organization that helps many kids.... Thanks to Mammadu I was able to crown a dream that I had for many years .... to help poor children and to return the fortune that life has given me to less fortunate children who have so much need of every form of help ... During my vouluntery experience with Mammadù, I visited the Mammadu Centre: it's a really beautiful place where many kids receive good foods, help to study and where children can grow away from...
Mammadu is a great combination. I was at the center "Mammadu" in October 2011 and have been so well I think and I hope to return soon. The children are wonderful, the accommodations excellent, and the emotions that you feel are unique. Unique and unforgettable experience!
In life there comes a time where you look in the mirror and realize that your life is beautiful and precious, but it lacks something that gives a true sense. When I met Mammadù I found the answers that I wanted and I have lived an incredible experience that is difficult to explain in words. Mammadù gave me the opportunity to do volunteer with wonderful, sweet, full of dignity children. I discovered a country, Namibia, that gets in your heart for the beauty of nature and the respect that exists between different ethnic groups that live there. If you want to go as a volunteer in a secure, peaceful and loving place I suggest you contact Mammadù. I take in my heart all the children. Thanks Mammadù, small but great association! I will come back soon!
